Meditation and fear

Maintaining a meditation practice in the face of difficult emotions like anger, grief or fear can seem impossible. This is the final in a series of 3 workshops on how to meditate while affronted with anger, grief and fear. This will start with a short talk on the different techniques you can use, followed by a guided practice for each different technique. There will time for sharing and questions.

These workshops will be conducted on Zoom, and taught in English with translation to Italian by Martina Merlet.

Standard: 15€ – This covers our costs but not the cost of providing supported places.
Sponsor: 20€ – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Supported: 10€ – For those unable to afford the standard rate.
