Nous commençons à 15h le samedi et terminons à 16h le dimanche. Pendant ce temps il y aura des cours de qigong, de yoga, de respiration, de méditation et le repos constructif. Les repas sont faits maison avec des produits locaux, de notre jardin ou des fermes bio dans la région.

For Valentine’s Day, Martina and Joo are bringing you a special Partner Yoga workshop. Love and intimacy can be expressed in different ways: between lovers, a brother and sister, a parent and child, between friends, between colleagues, between a teacher and a student, between an individual and a community, and between humans and other forms of life on Earth. In this workshop, we will build intimacy by breathing together, by the way you touch each other and by being present with each other.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience and physical ability. Please respect the laws and regulations being practiced where you are: only practice with someone in your social bubble or within the same household. This will be ONLINE on Zoom. You will receive the details upon registration. This will be taught in English and Italian.

Standard: 40€ – This covers our costs but not the cost of providing supported places.

Kids Yoga with a French/English lesson included!

From Friday 8th January until Tuesday the 30th of March 2021, I will be offering a 30-minute yoga class for a child (4yo and up) and a parent. This will be taught in English and in French. That’s 24 classes from Friday 8th January to Tuesday 30th March 2021.

This will happen every Tuesday and Friday morning at 8AM UK time (9AM in FRANCE).

50% of the proceeds will go to support my local food bank. You can access all these 24 sessions for the princely sum of 58€. Remember, half of this will go to support my local food bank, the Banque Alimentaire de la Manche.

“Hero” to “Zero” - a series of workshops

Living modern lives, we become extremely good at multi-tasking. We celebrate our ability to achieve more and more. We tax our senses, our mind, our body and our heart. We push ourselves to the limit and we celebrate breaking boundaries. We become so focussed on getting somewhere that we forget to pay attention to where we are. We are very outwardly focussed and neglect our internal world. Then suddenly we drop, we crash or we burnout. This cycle is natural and expected. What makes the difference is how we move between these two ends of the spectrum. In these three workshops, we will work through movements and practices that help you find your optimal rhythm and path to manage these transitions in your life. Whether you feel you need help slowing down, or if you need a push to get going, these workshops will be a fun, interactive and accessible way to explore how you move between Hero and Zero.

“A smooth landing” In this class, we will move through different dynamic sequences to clear stagnation, stress and tiredness, preparing the body to genuinely rest. The second half of the class will be still and restorative, where we take our time to observe how we individually respond to the invitation to slow down, to rest, to be silent.

Yoga, Jazz & Camping

Please join me to celebrate magical springtime at La Scellerie. The air hums with life, there are miles and miles of spectacular sand dunes and beaches to explore. You can sit in the sun or gaze at the milky way, and pop up the road to a world-class jazz festival in Coutances! Bring your tent, find a spot in our woodland, orchard or gardens, and make it your cosy spot for the week. In the main house, there is the studio, dining room, kitchen, shower rooms and toilets. Each day, there will be 4 hours of qigong, yoga and guided meditation practice. Three meals will be provided each day, catering for all dietary requirements. There will also be plenty of free time for you to spend at the beach, at the local markets, or at a jazz concert!
